whom we hire

The principle of equality and non-discrimination is a fundamental human right that we sincerely value.

It is irrevocable to us that we reject any distinction, exclusion or preference made on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.

{privatescope} is committed to this right and expects you as a team member, customer or partner to share this view.

...even if you have a membership in a concurring soccer club!

Agile frameworks suck, when you as a team member do not have

  • commitment

to the team and to the tasks you are working on,

  • courage

to advance your opinion, but also to withdraw yourself,

  • focus

on achieving the best possible results,

  • openness

towards new ideas and new concepts, and

  • respect

towards the team and the expertise of its individuals.

You should have at least 2 years of programming experiences.

The following snippets give you a hint on what we are doing all day and what qualification would be a nice-to-have such as

  • Think about object oriented design and then implement the rad design patterns we came up with.
  • Write unit tests after unit tests after unit tests after unit tests...
  • Try to convince everyone that frontend development is top of the pops.
  • Try to convince everyone that frontends would rarely work without sophisticated backends.
  • Try to make people realize, that frontends and backends eventually need to store data in some sort of database, which is actually the real deal.
  • Improve and develop compilers, code-generators, transformers, optimizers, and many more pluggable processors in C++.
